Henry attended Gettysburg College, where he studied organizational management and played lacrosse. After college, he worked at grain elevators along the Mississippi River before moving to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to teach skiing.
Henry attended the Emory University School of Law. He served as Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal, Student Attorney for the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, and Research Assistant to Emory’s then Professor of Environmental Law and Climate Change. He graduated in 2019 with honors.
Henry moved to Billings, Montana, in the summer of 2019 to clerk for the Honorable Mary Jane Knisely in the 13th Judicial District. He started practicing at Goetz, Geddes & Gardner in 2020. Henry now focuses on civil litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court—including cases involving breach of contract, land use and access issues, constitutional law, and class actions.
Henry is licensed to practice in Montana and Colorado (inactive) and admitted to practice in the federal courts of Montana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Henry was selected as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2023.
