Henry attended Gettysburg College, where he studied organizational management and played lacrosse. After college, he worked at grain elevators along the Mississippi River before moving to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to teach skiing.
Henry attended the Emory University School of Law. He served as Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal, Student Attorney for the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, and Research Assistant to Emory’s then Professor of Environmental Law and Climate Change. He graduated in 2019 with honors.
Henry moved to Billings, Montana, in the summer of 2019 to clerk for the Honorable Mary Jane Knisely in the 13th Judicial District. Henry now focuses on civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in Montana and Colorado (inactive).
