Biography
Zack’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, trial practice, appellate practice, commercial litigation and criminal defense. Zack is a Montana native and grew up in Great Falls. During law school, he served as the Co-Editor in Chief of the Montana Law Review. Zack is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Montana, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the D.C. Circuit.
Zack enjoys running and skiing in the mountains around Bozeman.
