Biography

Brian has significant experience litigating complex civil and criminal cases in state and federal court. He has represented individuals and corporations both at trial and on appeal. Brian has extensive experience working on cases that have significant impact on public policy. In just the past few years, he participated in the litigation regarding school funding and the delisting of wolves from the endangered species act, among others. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, and also provides advice to sophisticated clients in property and land use matters.

Brian is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is licensed to practice in Montana.
